Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
